Turning Centers

Milltronics’ builds turning centers of every size, for every application.

All lathes utilize a heavy-duty construction of typical “V” ways on our smaller toolroom lathes and manual engine lathes, oversized linear rails on the smaller slant bed lathes with rigid box way construction on the larger slant beds and all combination lathes.  All combination lathes incorporate manual operation, handwheel teach and full CNC operation with either conversational or standard ISO programming.  Select models are available with a Fanuc or Siemens control as well.  Feature for feature, pound for pound, nothing competes with our turning centers.

Solid cast iron flat bed construction with hardened and ground boxway surfaces for optimal cutting performance. Available with swings from 17.5 to 40", bore from 2.04" to 14", and beds from 40" to 240".  Live tooling optional.

Fast, rugged, economical, designed for high production.  Available with 6, 10 or 12" chucks with matching bores. Comes standard with tailstock, hydraulic chuck, and turret.  Accessories like toolcutters, parts catcher and bar feeder available.

14" swing and compact 40" bed length.  Enclosed bed for safety with accessories which include a variety of tool post or auto turrets.  Ideal for toolrooms with dual handwheels for teach, manual, and automatic operation.
